Approaching from the A12, proceed along the A130 following the brown signs for Battlesbridge Antiques. Take the slip road left with the A132 signposted South Woodham Ferrers, passing under Turnpike Bridge . At the roundabout take the first exit, then indicate right and take the third exit on the next roundabout. Smart Planning Ltd is the first red brick building on the right looking across the roundabout. There is parking allocated at the front of the building.

Approaching from the A127, proceed along the A130 heading for Chelmsford , Take the slip road from the A130 to the A132 where the roads sweeps round to join the A132. Head towards South Woodham Ferrers on the A132, crossing over the A130. At the roundabout take the second exit. Smart Planning Ltd is the first red brick building on the right looking across the roundabout. There is parking allocated at the front of the building.

On foot from Battlesbridge Station (½ mile) Proceed down the drive turning right at the road junction. Pass under the railway bridge and walk up the hill. Cross over the road to the right and cross over the next road to the right. The office is locatated immediately on the right hand side. Please note there are no ticket purchasing facilities at Battlesbridge Station.
